I offer both individual and partner therapy sessions for folks 13 years and older. We can meet in person in my Rockville office, or we can meet virtually through Sessions Health, the platform I use for therapy. Sessions are offered during the day on weekdays.
Sessions generally last between 50 and 55 minutes, though longer sessions may be available at an additional fee.

My approach is client-centered, meaning I believe your voice is important and you are the expert on your experiences. Based on your individual needs, I may pull from attachment-based, trauma-focused, strengths-based, and emotion-focused therapy modalities. I frequently utilize psychodynamic theory and encourage clients to explore what is happening below the surface.
You won’t have to do any of this important work alone! I’ll have your back and walk with you through this process.

I am out of network with all insurance companies. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call and I will reach out within one to two business days.
During our call, we can chat about what to expect in sessions, answer any questions you might have, and we can see if we are a good fit. If we both feel good about moving forward, we can schedule a first session.

Depending on your goals and needs, we will work together to figure out how often we should meet. If it is feasible for you, I typically recommend beginning with weekly sessions and determining if we need to adjust from there.
